Processing Workshops

In the first processing workshop we began learning about three main commands. These were the “if else”, “draw” and “mouseClicked” commands. As this was the first time I had used java as well as learnt about programming it was a very interesting as well as slightly complicated session. We were given the task of creating a circle and then making it disappear when clicking. Below is my code and final output of the circle.

In the second processing workshop we continued with the circle theme, however within this workshop we had to create ten random circles on the stage as well as the circles being different in diameter and colour. Within this workshop we learnt about creating loops and random functions. We then began with our task which seemed very complicated at the start as I was struggling somewhat with the coding, however after a while, working as a group and researching online we slowly managed to work out the right formula for the code and created the circles.
